I am absolutely delighted that the friends have started to tackle the problems of dog mess and litter in the Park.

I would be interested in going to the Carol concert and any other events but there don't appear to be any dates up yet.

Excellent site - keep up the good work, very impressed with the dedication of those involved. I moved to Halewood in 1958 and used to play in the triangle as a child (dodging steam engines). Hope to come and give a talk in early 2002. Mike Royden (Former Chairman and founder of Halewood Local History Society). Wow, I didn't realise that there was so much going on in Halewood Country Park. I'll have to make an effort to visit the park more often. Well done to the Friends. MR

Why don't the friends have a membership pack to attract new members? It could contain a map of the park and some information about what is available, who you are etc.
